  • We fail to deliver milestones (pro-rated)
  • Cancelled within 7 days (50% minus work done)
  • Technical issues prevent completion

  • Completed projects meeting specifications
  • Scope changes after approval
  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, APIs)
